To get relief from pain many years ago, I turned to yoga. It worked, it continues to sustain me, and it is at the heart of my MA research into the sociology of health and medicine. I teach yoga part-time, and I am also a qualified SNA and arts tutor.

I have sustained my arts practice for 20 years and enjoy visual forms, music, dance, and writing. Being in nature and spending time with loved ones is precious to me.
