  • The date of your event / possible future dates.
  • When would suit best; morning, afternoon, or evening.
  • What are you interested in; mindful breathing and movement, mindful breathing only, writing for wellbeing, or a mixture of activities? See some creative options here.
  • What duration would be ideal for your group; 30, 45, 60 minute sessions are available. Workshops can be for a half or full day, or spread out over a few days.
  • Do you have a venue, or do you need me to book one?
  • How many sessions do you need; or more accurately, how long you need me to be available to people on-site.
  • How many group members are there?
  • Do you want me to design a poster or write a press release when we agree on all the details?
